2. Data we collect

We collect only the data that is strictly necessary :

When placing an order: first name, last name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number.
Payment: transactions are processed by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal; we do not store any banking data.
Customer account: to access your order history, you log in using your email address; no password is stored by the Site.
Newsletter: email address provided with your explicit consent.
Contact form: name, email, phone number, message.
Cookies: cookies essential for the operation of the cart and checkout; internal statistical cookies from Shopify Analytics (audience measurement).

We do not collect any sensitive data and currently do not use any advertising cookies.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

Contract performance: preparation, processing, and delivery of orders.
Legal obligations: invoicing, accounting, and tax compliance (VAT).
Legitimate interest: securing the Site, preventing fraud, improving the user experience, and internal statistics.
Consent: sending newsletters and, if applicable in the future, activating marketing cookies (after prior consent).

4. Data sharing

Your data is shared only with the following parties:

Shopify, which hosts and operates the e-commerce platform.

Payment service providers: Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Logistics partners: the information required for delivery (name, address, and contact details) is shared only with our logistics providers such as bpost and DPD, in order to ensure the shipment and tracking of your order.
Other partners (PostNL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) may occasionally be used, with the same level of reliability and traceability.

Email service: the integrated Shopify Email tool is used to send newsletters and updates.

Statistical cookies: collected via Shopify Analytics.

No personal data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Data retention periods

Order and billing data: retained for 10 years in compliance with Belgian accounting obligations.
Newsletter data: retained until consent is withdrawn or an unsubscribe request is made.
Statistical cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months.
Messages sent via the contact form: retained up to 6 months after the end of the exchange.
Requests related to GDPR rights : evidence retained for 3 years (legal requirement in case of audit).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights :

Right to restriction of processing,
Right to object for legitimate reasons,
